‘Youth Icon’ Anirudh has recently roped in S.Janaki for a song in Velai Illa Pattadhaari is already known news. Now the composer has roped in another legendary singer for Kaththi. Yes, its singer K.J.Yesudas sir who has recorded for the album. This marks the first song for the legendary singer in Anirudh’s music and will be one among the best track in the album. Anirudh tweets “Blessed and proud that the legendary Shri K.J. Jesudas has sung for us in #Kaththi. Divine experience indeed.” Sunidhi Chauhan has also recorded her voice for Selfie Pulla for which Vijay has recorded the male voice. Shankar Mahadevan, Vishal Dadlani and more popular names will be seen in this album.
Kaththi will have 6-7 tracks in total and the audio rights has been snapped by EROS Music. The audio will be releasing on September 18th in Chennai with the cast & crew.
