For quite some time, it was quite a kind of disappointment as Vijay Antony refrained himself from giving us mellisonant tunes. Who can forget his evergreen melodies like Aval Appadi Ondrum Azhagillai from Angaadi Theru and ‘Molachu Moonu’ from Velayudham? These songs proved to be a much significant mellifluous tunes that are still ringing in our senses with greater embellishment. After a long hiatus, he is back with such a tune, which could be slightly reminiscent of such referred tunes alongside ‘Nirpadhuve’ from Bharathi album.
Vijay brims up the song with honeyed vocalisms from Nivas and Janaki Iyer, who have delivered a beautiful rendition. The interludes too sound too soft and Vijay Antony has taken scrutinizing efforts over not letting the softness to be diminished. As in routine style, the lyrical lines by Vivek are simple and easily grasping to our senses.
