After watching U-Turn in Kannada, I couldn’t resist myself – Actress Samantha

The entire team of U-Turn interacted with press and media last evening (August 31) in Chennai. Actress Samantha, filmmaker Siva, Filmmaker Pawan Kumar, Aadukalam Narain, actor Aadhi and many more prominent personalities from the industry were present. Talking about his experience of working in the film, actress Samantha said, “After watching the original version U Turn trailer, I couldn’t resist myself but make an impulsive desire that this movie should have a wider reach. Henceforth, the process of remaking them in Tamil and Telugu occurred. Director Pawan Kumar made sure that he doesn’t go for an exact remake. Indeed, he kept himself occupied with re-writing the script with more surprisal turns and twists. Apparently, I am sure even for the ones who had watched the original version, they’ll have a new experience with the remake version.”

Furthermore, she added saying that the film must run successfully at least for the sake of producers, who had shelled out huge money with a strong passion for being in cinema.

When asked about how she feels to be a part of female centric film, Samantha says, “Usually, it happens, we heroines have to keep our brains at home while leaving for shooting spot, while working in commercial roles. But this one is something close to my heart, where I could feel more connected to the role in U Turn.”
