Every year India will be sending oscar nominee for Best Foreign Language film . Last year India sent Adaminten Makan abu from Malayalam, for this year many films across India have been selected by Film Federation of India and the screening will take place by September 18-26 in Hyderabad, from these films any one of the film will be selected and send to Academy award for “Best foreign language” as an official entry from India.

- Dirty Picture(Hindi)
- Paan Singh Tomar (Hindi)
Its really happy to see our Tamil films Vazhaku En 18/9 and 7aam arivu are in selection list,our closer sources says there will be tough competition between Vazakhu En 18/9 and Barfi since both the film got stupendous response from the critics. We in Kollybuzz wish Vazhakhu En 18/9 should bring laurel to our nation by winning Academy Award, lets hope for the best.
