A young boy has been shot dead. He has been given a biscuit or some kind of snack before being shot. The pictures are very emotional, you do not have to be a Tamil backdrop to show your support, be anything but stand against this kind of conduct which impair human life! We have heard about students previously being involved in a bus incident, fights, etc, but for the first time they have done something proud, to protest against SriLankan war crimes.
I think there is no need for cinema stars to get involved in this occasion; I do not think “show stealing” is a good idea. Even in my films I do not like “show stealing” whoever is accountable let them do it. The students know what they are doing; my brothers are doing it in behalf of me! If students did not raise this awareness, we cinema stars have the responsibility to voice it out!
I will always show my support, no matter who it happens to!
