Vaibhav Reddy who was seen in notable films like Chennai 600028, Goa, Mankatha will be seen in the lead roles in kollywood. He will be doing the lead role in an upcoming film titled “Kappal” and Ashrita Shetty who is making her debut in Udhayam -NH4 will be doing the female lead in this film.

Other cast of this film are VTV Ganesh, Arjunan, Karnakaran, Venkat Sundar and Karthik Priyadarshan. Music of this film will be composed by Santhosh Narayanan, cinematography will be handled by Dinesh who is currently working with Soodhu Kavvum and editing will be taken care by Antony. This film will be directed by Karthik Krish who was the associate of director Shankar. The rest of the crew is yet to be announced with the official press note. The shoot of the film will be commencing on 14th March.
