Sharwanand Eyes Kollywood

Sharwanand born in Hyderabad, son of MRV Prasad Rao, first caught attention in the Thumps Up ad with the Megastar (Chiranjeevi) himself. He started his career appearing in supporting roles in most of the films. He made his acting debut in Telugu with 5va Tareeku in 2003. Later, he shared screen space with Chiranjeevi in Shankar Dada M.B.B.S. and Venkatesh in Sankranthi and Lakshmi. He is also known as Sarva in the Tamil cinema.

Tollywood actor Sarva seems to be eyeing Kollywood now. After having debuted here in Kadhalna Summa Illai with Ravi Krishna, and got famed especially post his performance in Saravanan’s Engaeyum Eppothum. And now, the buzz is, one of his Telugu films, Prasthanam, is being released in Tamil as Padhavee. A source says, “Sarva has become a known face here in K-Town, and he is also doing a couple of straight films now. So, the makers of Prasthanam have cahsed in on the opportunity. The film, directed by Deva Katta, went on to win several awards in Tollywood, and even did well at the BO. It’s about a man, who is crazy about holding a higher position in the society”.
