GV Prakash’s Sarvam Thaala Mayam goes on floor
Music director turned actor GV Prakash has his store filled with half dozen of projects. This includes Adangathey, 4G, Semma, Baba Bhaskar’s Kuppathu Raja, Bala’s directorial Nachiyaar, Ravi Arasu’s Ayngaran, Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada remake, Vetrimaraan’s untitled film, 100% Kadhal, Seeman’s film and Rettai Kombu with Siddarth in lead role directed by Sasi.
But what kept everyone so much enchanted was his project titled ‘Sarvam Thaala Mayam’, which is directed by Rajeev Menon. After a long stretch of pre-production works, the film’s shooting commenced today at Luz Church in Chennai.
The film marks the comeback of Rajeev Menon as moviemaker nearly 18 years after he made his blockbuster movie ‘Kandukondein Kandukondein’ preceded by Minsara Kanavu. Both these movies are regarded as the all time seasonal entertainers.
Sarvam Thaala Mayam features GV Prakash as a Mrindangam exponent, who goes onto face a difficult challenge in musical competition. AR Rahman has already completed composing music for this film, which has 9 tracks. Maheshinte Prathikaram fame Aparna Balamurali is playing female lead role in this movie. Others in the cast include Nedumudi Venu, Kumaravel, Athira, Santha Dananjayan, Sumesh and Vineeth in important roles.
