Rajinikanth’s request to Karthik Subbaraj
After the stupendous success of Kabali, Rajinikanth has Shankar’s 2.O, Pa Ranjith’s Kaala and Karthik Subburaj’s film in his hands. In this, Sun Pictures will be producing Karthik Subburaj’s film. This yet to be titled film will have the music of Anirudh. The pre-production works are going on in rapid pace. Vijay Sethupathi will be donning an important role in this film.
Earlier it was mentioned that heroines Deepika Padukone, Trisha and Anjali were being considered for the female lead role. Now the news is Karthik Subburaj has zeroed on Trisha. Trisha has so far not acted with Rajinikanth.
Rajinikanth has given 45 days callsheet for this political satirical film. It is also leant that Rajinikanth has requested Karthik Subburaj to complete this film by this year since he will be contesting the elections next year.
Karthi Subburaj is now eagerly waiting for the world premiere of his film Mercury in Los Angeles.
