Kanchana 3D to commence soon. Following on the footsteps of Shankar’s Rajinikanth-starrer Sivaji, we hear that Lawrence’s Kaanchana is all set to be converted into 3-D format. Work on the conversion process has already begun, and it’s expected that the film will hit screens soon in both Tamil and Telugu.
Ace Tollywood producer Bellamkonda Suresh, who is overseeing the 3-D version, confirms the news, and says, “We’ve already started work on the conversion process a couple of days back. It’s a tedious process, and it will take up to six months to complete the work. We are also planning to include a special number by Lawrence in this new version. The film will be re-released in both Tamil and Telugu.”
However, Lawrence, who directed and acted in the film, says, “I’ve been busy with the release of my Telugu film, and will not be able to reveal details about the new version. But yes, we’re planning to convert the film into 3-D.
