2.0 to have less numbers than Mersal
Superstar Rajinikanth’s 2.0 has been the topmost trending headlines from this morning. The ever luxurious press meet that happened at Burj-Al-Arab 7 Star Hotel has been offering us with lots of exciting news about the magnum opus. In fact, there are some statements from the team that is slightly disappointing to our assumptions too. One among them is Shankar admitting that 2.0 in no way linked with Endhiran.
Initially, by the commencement of 2.0, there were some claims reporting that the movie will begin exactly from climax of Endhiran. As a matter of fact, there were buzzes that Sudhanshu Pandey happens to be the son of deceased Professor Bora (Danny Denzgopa) of first part. He comes back to avenge Professor Vaseegaran and Chitti for his father’s death and uses Richard (Akshay Kumar) as the tool. But then, with Shankar revealing that the film will have just spin-off characters from Endhiran, it keeps us quite perplexed.
On the other end, AR Rahman has officially announced that 2.0 will have just 3 songs. Only 2 songs will be released tomorrow and another one, later in time. The academy award winner also admitted that bit songs will be composed as background score. It is noteworthy that AR Rahman’s recent release Mersal had only 4 songs.
