Actor Jiiva’s Kee censored and release date locked
Actor Jiiva has been picking up lots of films that are being lined up at different stages of production. The actor keeps his fingers crossed over is upcoming comedy film Kalakalappu 2. This film is directed by Sundar C that features Jai, Mirchi Shiva, Catherine Tresa and Nikki Galrani in lead roles alongside him. The film release is scheduled to happen by end of this month. Meanwhile good news has occurred regarding his other project ‘Kee’. The film has been censored with UA with the running length of 142 minutes. It has been officially confirmed that the film will be hitting screens on February 9. Debut film maker Kalees has helmed this project, which is produced by S. Michael Rayappan. Touted to be an edge seated thriller based on cyber crime, the film has Nikki Galrani playing the female lead role.
Others in the cast include Anaika Soti, RJ Balaji, Govind Padmasoorya and many more prominent actors. Vishal Chandrashekhar has composed music for this will that has cinematography handled by Abinandhan Ramanujam. The theatrical trailer of the film that was released before few weeks has gained an impeccable degree of response, which has raised the expectation metre of this movie. It is worth mentioning that lots of films based on cyber crimes has been relentlessly hitting screens that includes Thiruttuppayale 2 and yet to release Irumbu Thirai featuring Vishal in lead role. February 9 will also have the release of Sai Pallavi’s debut film Karu, directed by Vijay and bankrolled by Lyca productions.
