AR Rahman to follow Anniyan & Nanban for Indian 2?
Over the span of two decades and even beyond them, AR Rahman has streaked line of huge success with AR Rahman. The Shankar-Rahman embarked on an impeccable journey of Chartbusters from Gentleman, which still continues to reign. But then, there was a sudden drop of pact after Boys, where AR Rahman took a break. Everyone in town was surprised to see a new combo of Harris Jayaraj with Shankar. Aftermath, Shankar once again teamed up with AR Rahman for Sivaji – The Boss and Endhiran. Yet again, there was another break between them as Harris Jayaraj leaped in for ‘Nanban’.
Sources have claimed that it is because AR Rahman loves to take break from Shankar projects at times. It is due to his mental rejuvenation to offer fresh music for the next collaboration with Shankar. It is worth mentioning that ARR burns candles at both ends to offer a musical grandeur for Shankar movies. So, he intends to prepare himself for new-age music, thereby take a break.
Now the biggest question is whether ARR composes music for Shankar’s Indian 2. The film starring Kamal Haasan in lead role was launched at Bigg Boss Grand Finale. But there hasn’t been any official news from Shankar regarding music director.
Reaching the close sources or either anyone from the team might get us a stereotypical reply. “It’s too early to speak on this.”
