Balloon director Sinish reaction to censor results
It happens normally that certain filmmakers, actors or producers get bothered about the censor certification. There have been few movies that had lots of violence and adult themes, but still makers pondered for U Certification. But now the change has been considerably happening with new league of filmmakers with different desire.
Jai, Anjali and Janani Iyer starrer Balloon was certified UA. Perhaps, our assumptions could have been such that the makers would have been unhappy about it. But then to our surprise, director Sinish has something different to mean. In an official press release, the director has said that he is so elated about the results. “I was very much particular that the film comes out without any cuts. Even a single shot in this film is interconnected with the script. Even a small deletion would have hampered its impact,” says Sinish.
70MM Entertainment has produced by film ‘Balloon’, which has Yuvan Shankar Raja composing music. Neenga Shut Pannunga featuring the collaboration of Yuvan Shankar Raja, Arun Kamaraj and Anirudh has topped the audio charts now.
Director Sinish affirms that the official announcement involving the release of Balloon will be made shortly.
Balloon is a horror film set against two different time backdrops – 1980 and current period.
