The KTown is getting hotter this month with the Billa 2 Release. This most expected movie is getting ready with the post production for the second half, happening in Mumbai with Ajith part dubbing to start soon. The film’s investments range between 32 to 34 crores.
While the audio from Ajith’s much awaited Billa 2 is topping the charts and profusely being played at popular watering holes in the city, the question on everyone’s lips is -When will the movie be released? Close sources from the production house reveal, “We will be approaching the Censor Board most probably on June 11.“ Trashing the reports that Billa 2 will be released on June 29, a higher official from the production house says, “The rumours are not true. If the movie goes to the Central Board of Film Certification on June 11, the movie will release soon.“
Responding to queries about Billa 2 being Ajith’s costliest film, made on a budget of about `45 crores, the source adds, “The post production for the second half is happening in Mumbai, and Ajith will be dubbing soon. The film’s investments range between `32 to 34 crores.“ With everyone anticipating Billa 2 to be Ajith’s highest grosser, we wonder if this includes the star’s pay package as well?
