Kalakalappu 2 to join January 26 release League?
It looks like the number of releases for January 26 is comparatively getting bigger than the Pongal festival releases. It is a noteworthy fact that Jayam Ravi – Nivetha Pethuraj starter Tik Tik Tik was the first one to confirm the release for Republic Day weekend. Off late, Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Nimir directed by national award winning film maker Priyadarshan too had its affirmation. The film’s trailer was unveiled last evening and is being appreciated for decent package of emotions and humour blended together.
Apart from these couple of movies come Anushka’s Bhaagamathie, which happens to be the dubbed version in Tamil also is scheduled for release on same date. While the race has been getting bigger keeping the audiences over Republic Day weekend occupied, here joins one more to the league. According to the sources close to Sundar C, it is revealed that film maker is planning to release the movie January 26. Shooting of this film was completed by end of December and post production work so close on the heels of completion. Kalakalappu 2 features Jai, Jiiva, Catherine Tresa and Nikki Galrani in lead roles.
