After pvp dropped out of vishwaroopam kamal hassan’s raj kamal international continued with the production and finished it for a earth shattering amount. Kamal hassan has been in talks with the distributors for over six months trying to sell the movie for about 100 Crores in 3 languages. The talks have continuous failed and the release of the movie has been delayed. Now that the movie is finally about to release on the 11th kamal hassan has stirred a new controversy. He has started talks with the major DTH services such as airtel, dish tv , zee to release it on TV for a one time view,for 50 crores.
This has miffed the theatre owners and now they have called a meeting on the 7th of December to take an urgent decision. Will vishwaroopam be banned ? we will have to wait and see. Has kamal hassan done something that is path breaking or is this a mad approach to get back the money invested?
