Kedi Billa Killadi ranga is an romamtic comedy film directed by Pandiraj who earlier released Pasanga in which Siva Karthikeyan debuted as a hero. The movie is produced by P.Madan of Excape Artists with Pasanga Productions. The release rights of this film is bagged by Studio Green during november 2012 and now the film is all set for its release and it is scheduled for April 11th since it is a holiday season the makers have chose that date.
Sivakarthikeyan and Vimal will be seen in the lead roles whereas Bindu Madhavi and Regina Cassandra plays the heroines in this film. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music for this film.
