Maari 2 to retain Robo Shankar with Dhanush
Overwhelming reception and mass celebrations spangled up Maari despite the critical reviews remaining adverse. While many would prefer shutting down the idea of its sequel, Dhanush imparted a surprise. Following the film’s successful run, Dhanush strongly affirmed ‘Maari 2’ and Balaji Mohan recently completed the final draft.
It is now getting on full swing with the film, which will start rolling shortly in time. With the curiosity levels becoming bigger about who’s who would be involved in the film, Robo Shankar has been confirmed.
Robo Shankar on the occasion of wishing Dhanush for his birthday on Twitter revealed the news. It was initially expected that Kajal Aggarwal will be retained for the female lead role, but for now nothing has been officially confirmed. It looks like talks are going on with leading heroines for the female lead and we can hear the exciting news soon.
