Raja Rani marks the first Tamil movie to bring the roadblock ads strategy on TV channels. The producers of the film are launching the trailer of Raja Rani on August 23rd across 12 leading Channels at the same time. The exclusive 3 minute trailer will be telecasted at 7pm on Sun TV, Star Vijay, K TV, Polimer TV, Adhitya TV, Raj TV, Sun Music, Isai Aruvi, Sun News, Thanthi TV, Jaya Music, Siripoli on August 23rd. The trailer will also be launched across various other mediums, in cinemas with Thalaivaa film, and youtube.
Regarding the promotions, Vijay Singh, CEO, Fox Star Studios says “We had done a roadblock in Bollywood for our biggest film My Name is Khan starring Shah Rukh Khan, which was a first for a Bollywood film and proved hugely successful in setting up the film. Raja Rani stars Arya, Nayanthara, Jai, Nazriya, Santhanam, Sathyaraj, Sathyan and many. The film is directed by Atlee and produced by Fox Star Studios, A.R.Murugadoss Productions and The Next Big film productions. This film will be the first to use the roadblock strategy in Tamil Nadu.
