Sasikumar and SR Prabhakaran team up for Sundarapandian 2
Following the success of Sundarapandian, filmmaker SR Prabhakaran and Sasikumar will be coming together for a film. The film is tentatively titled as Sundarapandian 2, which will not be a sequel to first part. Inder Kumar is producing this film. Inder Kumar is playing an important role in this movie as well. Furthermore, he has already produced movies like Kuttram 23 and Thadam. It is worth mentioning that he had shared screen space with Sasikumar in Kodi Veeran.
Currently, Sasikumar is shooting for Nadodigal 2 in Madurai. Samuthirakani is directing this film and is playing a prominent character as well. He will start shooting for SR Prabhakaran directorial by end of May. Right now, the makers are busy finalizing the cast and crew. On the other hand, Sasikumar is gearing up for the release of Asuravadham. Recently, Gautham Vasudev Menon had released the first look.
SR Prabhakaran is well known for his movies like Idhu Kathiravelan Kadhal and Sathriyan. Significantly, Lakshmi Menon had played the female lead role in Sundarapandian. While Vijay Sethupathi was seen essaying the negative role, it is exciting to see who’ll be villain in Sundarapandian 2.
