Vijay Sethupathi’s Seethakathi clinches big deal with Trident Arts
Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi has become the main attraction in Tinsel Town for unceasing releases. In a jocular statement, the actor himself has said that he has become the topic of meme creators for having back to back releases. Well, it’s just less than the hiatus of a month, where his next film ‘Seethakathi’ is scheduled to hit screens. During this juncture, the film has managed to clinch a big deal with Trident Arts Ravindran as he acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of this film.
Filmmaker Balaji Tharaneetharan is teaming up with Vijay Sethupathi for the second time after Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom. The film is said to be based on real life incidents revolving around the life of a 75-yr old drama artist.
What has turned the audiences more excited about the film beyond the phenomenal look of Vijay Sethupathi is his statement involving his screen presence in Seethakathi. The actor has said that he would be appearing only for duration of 40 minutes.
Earlier, Trident Arts Ravindran had been associated with Vijay Sethupathi in Vikram Vedha, which was a blockbuster hit.
