Vijay Sethupathi Mamanithan shooting plans
Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi has undoubtedly become the favourite of film technicians, traders and audiences. His films have been considered as the safest bet in accordance to hits like Kavan and Vikram Vedha. While half dozen projects are lined up for release in the forthcoming months, here is an interesting update on his ‘Mamanithan’.
Seenu Ramasamy has mentioned that pre-production works are happening at brisk pace and shoot will kick-start by month of October. Right now, Vijay Sethupathi is shooting for 96 and Seethakathi followed by Oru Nalla Paathu Solren. He has completed shooting and dubbing for ‘Karuppan’ with his long pending release ‘Puriyadha Puthir’ scheduled for release on September 1.
Mamanithan marks the fourth collaboration of Vijay Sethupathi and Seenu Ramasamy. Their maiden venture ‘Thenmerku Paruvakaatru’ won National awards. ‘Idam Porul Yeval’ is remaining inside cans for a long time. Their previous film ‘Dharmadurai’ clicked well critically and in box office as well.
