GV Prakash Kuppathu Raja release date confirmed
Choreographer Baba Bhaskar has debuted as a director through the film Kuppathu Raja. This film has G V Prakash, Parthiban, Poonam Bajwa, Palak Lalwani, M S Bhaskar and Yogi Babu in the cast. Mahesh Muthusamy is handling the camera.
Majority of the sequences have been shot in the slums sets erected in Chennai. G V Prakash has composed the music while Anbu Arivu and Dilip Subbarayan have taken care of stunts.
The shooting of the film has been fully completed. The producers while speaking said, “We were surprised when we heard the story narrated by Baba Bhaskar. We came to know only on that day that the talented choreographer had a versatile director hidden in him. And we were also attracted by the way he shot the film. We titled this film as Kuppathu Raja not only because it was title taken from Rajini’s film but also it was suitable for the story.”
Now the post-production works are going on and it has been decided to release the film for Christmas season.
