Lyca Productions to produce Maniratnam – Simbu film
Lyca Productions has been setting its motion of churning out movies on a rapid spree. Following its high profiled 2.0, which is produced at a whopping budget of 400Cr approximately. It has turned the global spotlights upon the movie. But the production studio isn’t merely focusing upon luxurious fares, but keeps it inclined to low and medium budgeted flicks with good contents too. One among them is precisely is Sai Pallavi’s Karu, scheduled for release on February 23. On the other hand, Lyca Productions has been collaborating with some of the big production houses as well.It is now confirmed that it would be associating itself with Maniratnam’s Madras Talkies for the latter’s multi-starrer directorial.
The film will be featuring STR, Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, Jyothika and Aishwarya Rajesh in lead roles with Prakash Raj, Arvind Swamy and few more prominent actors in the star-cast. AR Rahman (Music), Santhosh Sivan (Cinematography), Sreekar Prasad (Editing) and Brindha (Choreography) are the technicians involved in the project.
