Manam Kothi Paravai is a Romantic comedy film written and directed by Thulladha Manamum Thullum fame Ezhil, starring Sivakarthikeyan and debutant Aathmiya in lead roles. After the lead role in Marina and an important role in the recently released 3, Sivakarthikeyan is taking up a full-fledged lead role again for Manam Kothi Paravai. Olympia Movies holds the rights for this movie. Singam Puli, Suri, Charms, Srinath, Ilavarasu, Ravi Mariya and Kishore comprise the supporting cast for this movie is ready to hit the screen on June 1st. D. Imman has scored the music and Yugabharathi has penned the lyrics. Suraj Nallusamy has handled the camera. Gopi is the editor, while Sivaraj is the art director.
There are 8 songs in the album of which three are singalong tracks (like karoke). ‘Jal Jal Jal Osai,’ sung by Aalaap Raju and Surmuki, comes first. The sound of Spanish Guitar in the song is appealing. ‘Po Po Po’ is an impressive number in the voice of Javid Ali. ‘Dang Dang,’ sung by Saisharan and S. Malavika, is bound make you listen to it again and again ‘Yenna Solla’ sung by Vijay Prakash and Chinmayi Sripada, has more of classical instruments, yet sounds contemporary. Santhosh Hariharan has sung ‘Ooraana Oorukkulla’ well

When we asked him how the shooting of Manam Kothi Paravai was proceeding, he made us listen to the songs tuned by D. Imman. Impressed, we decided to produce it. We recently watched the rushes of the film and laughed our hearts out — a sure-shot entertainer.”
