“I would openly confess on missing my dialogues” – Suriya
Actor Suriya delivered a much commendable speech during the promotional event of Thaana Serndha Koottam. It happened recently herein Chennai, where the cast and crew of this film were present. Speaking on the occasion, Suriya said, “Everything involving Thaana Serndha Koottam was completely new to me. In most of my present movies, I would be either saving the neighbouring state or country. Most of my roles involved exerting high level emotions that demanded high efforts.
But Vignesh Shivn wanted an effortless performance from me. In fact, I was so much elated to see the reaction and feedbacks from the ones, who saw the special screening of Thana Serntha Koottam. Everyone said that they were happy to see me back in old form. Precisely, I was missing myself in many roles and Vignesh Shivn has rejuvenated me through Thaana Serndha Koottam. Be it dialogues, body language and mannerisms, I had to completely go through a different style. Often, I would openly confess on missing the dialogues in flow and take some time to get the style of Vignesh Shivn’s expectations.”
Thaana Serndha Koottam will be hitting screens on January 12 for the festive occasion of Pongal.
