PVR Cinemas claps Dhanush Hindi flick
Dhanush is on cloud nine as his recent release Velai Illa Pattadhaari 2 has fared well in box office. With the opening weekend of 3 days followed by festival of Krishna Jayanthi and Independence Day, it has touched the best of its score in box office. Just as we mentioned in another news, the Soundarya Rajinikanth directorial has grossed 25Crore figure collection till Tuesday in TN alone. It has eventually become Dhanush’s first ever Tamil movie to make 4Cr collection in Kerala too.
The makers are keeping more celebrations with the release of VIP 2 in Telugu and Hindi versions. As planned, the Telugu version will be hitting screens on August 24 and Hindi for August 18. It is noteworthy that there are no big releases in Bollywood for this weekend and VIP 2 is expected to have a better opening. Not to forget the fact that Dhanush has already been famous in Hindi territories and additional attraction is Kajol.
The latest news is that PVR Cinemas will be releasing Hindi version of VIP 2 across 1600 screens in North India onAugust 18.
