Debutant filmmaker Thangasamy is happy and brimming with joy as his Raattinam has not just won positive reviews but also selected for screening at International film festivals. He says, ‘ I wanted to become an actor and came to Chennai. But fate made me a director. Raattinam was a lucky one for me. It got me right recognition’.
Asked about his next, Thangasamy says, ‘My next film is set in Thirunelveli . It is again a realistic film. I am confident of showing a different Thirunelveli in the film’. Thangasamy says, ‘ as I did a brief role in Rattinam, so will I in my forthcoming directorial ventures
