Sivakarthikeyan, Dulquer Salmaan for Badhaai Ho remake?
With almost all the reigning superstars of Bollywood including Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan facing a terrible disaster with their releases, the medium budget movies have managed to steal the show in 2018. Especially, the couple of movies from Ayushmann Khurrana titled – Andhadhun and Badhaai Ho have already become a universal hit. Apparently, while Andhadhun is being remade in Tamil with Siddarth in lead role, another one too joins the remake league as well. Sources mention that Badhaai Ho is getting ready for a Tamil remake, where it is rumoured either Sivakarthikeyan or Dulquer Salmaan will be playing the lead role. It is noteworthy that Badhaai Ho itself is loosely based on Mohanlal’s 1994 hit movie Pavithram.
Right now, Sivakarthikeyan is close on the heels of completing his next with director Rajesh. The film has Nayanthara playing the female lead role. On the other hand, Dulquer Salmaan has wrapped up shooting for Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithal and is currently filming for ‘Vaan’.
We need to wait and watch on who will be bagging the lead role in this fun-filled family entertainer.
