Tik Tik Tik trailer unleashes technical extravaganza
Every time, Tamil cinema pioneers with something new on its narrative and technical panorama, it turns huge spotlights. When the affirmation was made that Tik Tik Tik will be India’s first ever space based thriller, the expectations brewed bigger. With the teaser, it managed to pull everyone’s attention across other regional industries. Apparently, the theatrical trailer pushes the bars ahead with a much stronger appeal. The running length of this trailer runs more than 2 minutes and it has everything to bring crowds into theatres. A slight peck of ‘Mersal’ runs into the protagonist’s characterization as we see Jayam Ravi as a magician, who is urged by situations to travel into space. The basic plot of this movie looks too intense and we can be assured that there are lots of edge-seated moments.
On the technical aspect, the mild fortepianos we get to hear from D Imman by the initial moments. It’s an international language that imparts an impeccable touch of Hans Zimmer. It looks like there is going to be more sparkles of innovations from music and sound department. Especially, when it’s a space based premise, the usage of sound and music has to be really taken scrutinizing efforts. It is so much illustrious of such proficiency through the trailer.
Tik Tik Tik featuring Jayam Ravi and Nivetha Pethuraj is directed by Sakthi Soundarajan and produced by Nemichand Jhabak. The plans are on full swing to release the movie in January 2018 tentatively.
