Yuvan Shankar Raja records Anirudh for Jai’s Balloon
The list of Anirudh has playback singer is running into long queues. The reason is his unique voice is so attractive that it instantly gains attention irrespective of genre. In fact, he has become the favourite of every leading and upcoming music directors. Having crooned for the ace AR Rahman before couple of years in ‘I’, he gets his vocalist’s job done for yet another reigning music director – Yuvan Shankar Raja.
The duo recorded as a track titled ‘Neenga Shut Up Pannunga’, which is a famous phrase picked up from Bigg Boss Oviya. The song is recorded for the film ‘Balloon’ starring Jai, Anjali and Janani Iyer in lead roles. Arunraja Kamaraj has written lyrics for this song and this is the first ever combination of emblazoning personalities.
Sharing this experience, director Sinish says that the song will not be placed in the film as the genre doesn’t suit such a cool number. It is a promotional song scheduled for release tentatively on August 28. Another single track will be released on August 31, which marks the birthday of Yuvan Shankar Raja.
The director feels wholeheartedly blissful that despite busy schedules Anirudh managed to give his time and voice for this song.
