Dhuruvangal 16 fame Karthik Naren confirms next project
It happened to be a much surpassing surprisal when a 21-yr old chap emerged as a successful filmmaker in Tinsel Town. Karthik Naren embarked on his journey into the world of Tamil cinema as a director through Dhuruvangal 16. The film had a gripping narration and was highly appreciated for the top-notch technical aspects. Soon after the success of this movie, director Gautham Vasudev Menon came forward to produce his second outing titled Naragasooran. Touted to be an edge seated thriller, the film features Sundeep Kishan, Arvind Swamy, Indrajith and Shriya Saran alongside Aathmika in lead roles. Major portions of this film are being shot in Ooty and it will have a worldwide theatrical release in February 2018.
During this interim, Karthik Naren has revealed that he has signed his 3rd project successfully. He also adds an extra note that it is a script that is so close to his heart. The process of casting and finalizing the technicians is happening on full swing. We can expect the official word on the star-cast and technicians by end of this month or preferably by first week of February.
